We both know that I wouldn't be where I am today without your help and guidance, and I'll always be grateful for that. If you would have talked to me a few months ago, I
probably would have told you that I didn't think I could ever be anywhere
close to as thin as I am now or in as good of shape as I am now. And now, my
college weight and waist size are actually in sight! For Christ’s sake...I'm
running a 5k race this weekend! That's amazing! Even back when I was
dancing 25-30 hours a week I wouldn't have been able to do that. I'm really
proud of what we've accomplished together.
Diana’s fit camp is amazing! Before I started the first session I was feeling really out of shape, but after the first 8 week session I had already lost 12 lbs. and was feeling fit and fabulous! Make no mistake about it – Diana pushes you hard and you’ll want to kill her sometimes (especially when she’s making you squat and walk backwards up steep hills)…but it all pays off in the end when you start to see the drastic changes in your body and how great you feel!
I started working out with Diana first through her fit camp and then doing individual training. Within the year she has completely changed my life and transformed my body. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how toned I am and how healthy I look. I have so much more confidence in the way I look and the things I can challenge myself to do.
On a recent vacation I was hiking with my dad and his girlfriend and I noticed a huge difference in my stamina and strength. At one point we had to climb up a steep hill using a rope to pull us up. I watched at the bottom for about 10 minutes while everyone struggled to climb up. When my turn came I was able to effortlessly bound up the hill in about 30 seconds. Everyone was shocked, myself included. A year ago I couldn’t have done that, but after working out with Diana I was able to.
